2011 was a wonderful and busy year but with 2012 now here what is on my horizon?
Be Better: My first commitment to myself is that I want to strive to be a nicer person, slow to anger and quick to forgive. I also want to concentrate on making a larger impact with teaching, and allying myself with charitable organizations.
More Cooking: I want to concentrate on getting back into a restaurant. Whether or not that will be opening my own small eatery or being part of another fine food establishment. Also getting more recipes published on OurDailySalt.com
More Baking: There is so much specialty baking that I want to touch on this year. Cupcakes, cakes, cookies, specialty recipes so keep your eyes peeled for that.
OurDailySalt.com Changes: Many things won’t change like great food information, quirky videos, and reviews of all sorts, however I would like to dip my toe into sales. Many people have requested my handmade cutting boards so I will be working on selling my beautiful boards to wonderful cooks everywhere. I also want to keep my eye on other kitchen and food oriented products.
What are some of your resolutions for this coming year?
