I love the diversity that is possible through food.  One of my favorite restaurants is the Royal India in Milwaukee, WI.  Not only is the food really good but the service from the staff is friendly, personal, and efficient.  The buffet is well appointed and reasonable and a menu that I love exploring.  Also one of the best cups of chai tea that I have had.
