Recently I got a chance to sit down with Nora Barton the owner of Nora B’s Cafe in Elm Grove, Wisconsin. Nora is not only a wonderful lady but her and her staff have made it a mission to deliver delicious food to all who enter. A tall order to some but Nora has taken that task on with a winning smile and the desire to get to know each customer personally.

OMG I want to meet Nora Barton and I want to eat her food! What a fantastic interview. Everyone who has a failing cafe or restaurant needs to listen to this. Nora is doing it right.
Hi Maureen. Yes, Nora strikes me as a wonderful personality and so very pro-customer. More people need to adapt that attitude. I’m sure you would love her she has that front of the house personality for sure.
